Age of Empires 2 Civilization Quiz: Which Civ Suits You?
Archers or cavalry? Early aggression or sitting behind walls? Answer nine questions and see the civilization that best fits your play style, plus two alternatives. It takes a minute.
What do you most enjoy watching on the battlefield?
How does the quiz work?
Every civilization has a focus in its in-game description: the Britons are a "Foot Archer" civilization, the Vikings "Infantry and Naval", the Turks "Gunpowder". Your answers score these focuses. We then look at how complete the tech tree is for the style you picked, the region you are interested in and your experience. If you are just starting, civilizations with a single, clear focus come first.
This is not a tier list. Civilization strength changes with every patch; the quiz only tells you which one fits the way you like to play. You can put your results side by side in the civilization comparison.
